Return Policy! To ensure your satisfaction with our service, we have instituted a "first page" return policy. Upon receiving your URL pages for translation, we will immediately translate one page and e-mail it back to you. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the translation, you may cancel your order and will receive a full refund. If you are satisfied with the job and give your approval, we will continue and translate the rest of your order.
